SHIPPING.
All pieces are shipped out in their own recyclable cardboard boxes.
All orders are shipped out in black compostable padded mailers, where size allows (sadly these kinds of mailers are currently available in limited sizes), and smaller packages are sent out in black 50% recycled mailers. I am always looking for more ways to make my packaging as sustainable as possible.

All orders are shipped using regular shipping with Australia Post, please get in contact if you would like to arrange insurance or signature on delivery. Insurance is recommended for all orders over $100 (Australia Post will only cover up to $100). Uninsured items lost in post will only be replaced at customers expense.
All made to order pieces take up to 4-6 weeks to made and shipped out to you. If there are any manufacturing delays you will be contacted as soon as possible.
All one of a kind/ready to ship pieces will be shipped out within 7 work days of ordering.
RETURNS.
I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Items that are faulty on arrival will be refunded and/or exchanged.
